IPE Satisfaction Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
If you aren't satisfied with a seminar or training resource, call or write us within
60 days of program attendance or product receipt, and we'll make it right.
We understand that plans change. If you find you can no longer attend a program,
please contact Customer Service. We'd be happy to
assist you by transferring your registration to a colleague, setting up a credit
for a different IPE event, or sending you the recording and manual of the event.

cancel 4 or more business days prior to the event. Any cancellation received within
3 business days of the event will not be eligible for a cash refund, but may still
