W. MICHAEL DUNCAN is a partner in the Columbia law firm of Austin & Rogers, P.A., where he practices in the areas of probate, criminal law, and personal injury. Mr. Duncan has previously lectured to various professionals on probate and litigation issues. He is a member of the Richland County and North Carolina bar associations, the South Carolina Bar (member, Probate Section) and the South Carolina Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Duncan is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. He earned his B.S. degree from Erskine College and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina.
DANIEL K. FELKER is a partner in the Columbia law firm of Hucks & Felker, L.L.C. His main areas of practice include estate planning and probate, family law and general civil litigation. Mr. Felker is a frequent continuing legal education speaker on probate topics and an adjunct professor in the Midlands Technical College Paralegal/Legal Assistant Program, teaching courses in wills, trusts and probate, business law, workers' compensation and real property. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Richland County Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section). In practice since 1987, he has handled the estate planning and probate for large and small estates. Mr. Felker earned his B.A. degree from Bob Jones University and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina.
