NH Office of Career School Licensing
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
SUZANNE OLDEN is a senior paralegal with Sandler Systems, Inc. in Owings Mills, Maryland. Sandler Systems, Inc. is a franchisor and Ms. Olden is responsible for drafting and finalization of franchise agreements, renewals of existing franchise agreements, filing and maintaining records of copyrights and trademarks for the U.S and internationally, drafting and finalization of contracts for corporate clients, drafting and finalization of regulatory FTC/state required filings and disclosure documents, tracking of submittals of required information from franchisees, assisting franchisees with questions/concerns regarding theirfranchise agreements, investigate infringement matters and assist in litigation preparation, and general office duties. She earned her A.A. degree in paralegal studies, magna cum laude, from Villa Julie College and her B.S. degree in paralegal studies, summa cum laude, from Stevenson University.
