There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. RUSSELL W. GERNEY is a sole practitioner with offices in both Wheeling, West Virginia and Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Gerney focuses his practice on Social Security disability law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Ohio Association for Justice. Mr. Gerney is licensed to practice in Ohio and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University.
