JONATHAN C. GINSBERG is a member of Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, where his focus is on Social Security disability, consumer bankruptcy, and workers' compensation. A graduate of Tulane Law School, he has been in private practice for more than 25 years. Mr. Ginsberg is the editor of the Disability Answer Guide and Child SSI Disability Answer Guide. He also publishes both a blog and a podcast about Social Security disability. Mr. Ginsberg serves on the faculty of Solo Practice University, where he teaches a course for new and newly solo lawyers to establish a Social Security disability practice.
