WILLIAM D. ASHWELL is an attorney with Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Fauquier Bar Association and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
JENNIFER COLLINS HANSEN is an attorney with The Hansen Firm, LLC, in St. Louis, Missouri. She has more than a decade of experience and has a diverse practice. Ms. Collins Hansen handles cases in a wide variety of areas, including personal injury, litigation, insurance claims, corporate/business, employment law, commercial law, contract law, and real estate. With considerable experience throughout all stages of trial, she has a number of strengths, including litigation analysis and strategy, as well as research and investigation. T. KEVIN KNIGHT is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. Mr. Knight is board certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, he has generally focused on personal injury litigation. Mr. Knight earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
KELLI MORO RADNOTHY is a trial technician, paralegal, and consultant with KLR Paralegal. With more than 16 years in the legal industry, she has developed extensive experience in a multitude of complex business litigation matters and various areas of law. Ms. Radnothy has supported a variety of trial teams in full litigation, trial preparations, hot seat operations and post-trial procedures. She is highly skilled at presenting evidence for proceedings ranging from multi-week federal trials to ongoing Judicial Review Committee hearings and is extremely well-versed in litigation and trial technologies, as well as general court procedures and processes. Ms. Radnothy holds a B.S. degree from Northern Arizona University and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Miramar College and an e-Discovery & Litigation Technology Certificate from UCSD Extension. She is an active member with the Sacramento Valley Paralegal Association, San Francisco Paralegal Association, Women in e-Discovery, International Legal Technology Association, Fresno County Women Lawyers, and Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association. For many years, Ms. Radnothy served as a director for the San Diego Paralegal Association including an executive committee role as treasurer.
