There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
NEAL D. FRISHBERG is a partner with Fabricant Lipman & Frishberg, PLLC, where his practice is focused on providing counsel in a broad range of corporate and civil litigation, as well as family law matters. Where appropriate to serving his client's goals, he is supportive of mediation and arbitration strategies as a trained mediator in various concentrations. Mr. Frishberg is the hearing officer for the Department of Health at Orange County Government, and is a member of the Orange County and New York State bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Vassar College and his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
THOMAS M. McCASH is a sole practitioner in Dublin, Ohio, where he practices primarily in the areas of construction law, zoning and general business practice. In addition to being licensed to practice law, Mr. McCash is a licensed architect in the states of Ohio, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska and Alaska. He is also a certified building official and a master plans examiner in Ohio. Mr. McCash is a regular presenter on the subjects of Building Code and Americans with Disabilities Act regulations to organizations and is called upon as an expert witness in cases involving code/construction defects or accessibility. He earned his B.S. degree in architecture from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.
SCOTT B. PIEKARSKY is a partner with Phillips Nizer LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of licensed professional matters, insurance law, general negligence, small business representation, real estate and community association law. Mr. Piekarsky regularly handles cases involving general corporate and business law, professional liability, attorney ethics and professional licensing representation, expert review, community association, real estate, chancery, commercial collections, probate and appellate law. He is a certified civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, a Rule 1:40 mediator, a Rule 1:40 mediator mentor and a mortgage foreclosure mediator. Mr. Piekarsky is a member of the N.J. Supreme Court Committee on Women In The Courts. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
COLIN M. QUINN is an attorney at Long & Robinson LLC, where practices in the area of construction law. Mr. Quinn reviews, drafts, and negotiates project agreements and advises clients facing litigation and assists in dispute resolution. He is a member of the Kansas and Missouri bars. Mr. Quinn earned his B.S. degree from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law.
