Angela M King is the manager, paralegal services based in the Washington, D.C. office of the global law firm, Dentons US LLP. She works under the supervision of the practice & docketing director overseeing the national Dentons US Paralegal Services program. Ms. King has almost 20 years of overall legal experience in the government contracts and litigation practice industries as a case handling paralegal, and over 10 years of supervisory/managerial experience. Dentons US LLP paralegal services program consists of 100+ paralegals, case assistants, analysts, and other legal professionals/timekeepers working alongside lawyers and business services teams in twenty-three (23) offices in the United States. The paralegal services management team handles various management and supervisory duties, including recruiting, hiring and training, encouraging continuing legal education, and promoting efficient and optimal utilization of non-attorney timekeeper professionals. Ms. King earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Bowie State University in 2002. She is an active member of the International Practice Management Association (IPMA), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and National Capital Area Paralegal Association (NCAPA) where she has held several committee and/or board roles. She is also a member of both the Advisory Board for the George Washington University Paralegal Studies Program and NFPA.
