Mary Wilson is an elder law attorney in Omaha. She serves as an attorney for Aging Partners, the local agency on aging that focuses on planning, coordinating and advocating for older adults in an eight-county area. She is the first Nebraskan attorney inducted into the National Elder Rights Hall of Fame and received the Paul Lichterman award for outstanding delivery of legal services to the Elderly from the American Bar Association. Ms. Wilson has taught law and aging at the University of Omaha, and is currently teaching at Creighton University School of Law. She is a member of the Nebraska State and American bar associations. Ms. Wilson earned her B.A. degree from Wayne State College and her J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law.
