BRANDY L. JOHNSON is an attorney with the law firm of Feirich/Mager/Green/Ryan in Carbondale, Illinois. She concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation and employment law, but has experience in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, and appellate practice. Ms. Johnson has published articles in the Journal of Legal Medicine, the Journal of Health Law, the Hematology Oncology Clinics of North America Health Law and Policy, the Encyclopedia of Women’s Health, the Encyclopedia of Aging and Public Health, the Missouri Medical Law Report, the Encyclopedia of Immigrant Health, Public Risk Magazine, the HIV/AIDS Desk Reference for Mental Health Professionals, and Forensic Epidemiology in the Global Context. She has served as a speaker at numerous seminars, both nationally and in Missouri, related to workers’ compensation. Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice law in all courts in the states of Missouri and Illinois. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, the Jackson County Bar Association in Illinois, and the American Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from the Southern Illinois University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. Ms. Johnson is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
BRAD KOLLING is a litigation attorney with Felhaber Larson. He practices in the areas of workers' compensation; employee benefits law; intervention and subrogation; labor and employment; alternative dispute resolutions; and railroad litigation, including FELA claims. He is an experienced litigator in all aspects of litigation, including trials, administrative hearings and appeals. Mr. Kolling is a qualified neutral and assists litigants in alternative dispute resolution, with a focus on workers' compensation mediation. He is a qualified facilitative/hybrid neutral (mediation) pursuant to Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice for the District Courts, a qualified civil adjudicative/evaluative neutral (arbitrator) pursuant to Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice for the District Courts, and has received advanced training in the art of trial skills at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) National Session Program. Mr. Kolling is a member of the Anoka County, Hennepin County, and the Minnesota State bar associations; and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
T. BRIAN TOBIN is a member in the St. Louis law firm of Huck, Howe & Tobin, where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation and general litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law. Mr. Tobin frequently lectures on workers' compensation issues for National Business Institute. He is a member of The Missouri Bar (Workers' Compensation Committee). Mr. Tobin is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
