Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. KRISTIN TORMEY is a marital and family law paralegal at Koch & Hoffman, P.A., in Clearwater, Florida. Ms. Tormey has been working as a family law paralegal since 2011. She received her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in paralegal studies from St. Petersburg College in 2014 and became a NALA certified paralegal in 2017. Ms. Tormey is also a Florida registered paralegal. She is an active member of the Paralegal Association of Florida. Ms. Tormey has been appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Unlicensed Practice of Law - Committee A, and to the Florida Registered Paralegal Enrichment Committee, to serve three-year terms on each committee. She has also been working with her firm on implementing new marketing ideas. Ms. Tormey is the social media manager for the firm, creates videos and graphics, and manages the firm's website and social media pages.
