KEVIN CARMICHAEL, MS, JD, LLM, CPA, is a tax partner with the Naples office of Wood, Buckel & Carmichael, PLLC. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern districts of Florida, the U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Carmichael is a certified public accountant and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His practice focuses primarily on matters concerning business entity law, federal and state taxation, international tax and tax controversy, tax-exempt organizations, estate planning and business succession planning law. Mr. Carmichael earned his B.S. degree from the United States Airforce Academy, his M.S. degree from Temple University, his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Miami.
LINDSAY MILLER is a paralegal at the law firm of Greenspoon Marder LLP, in Miami, Florida. She focuses primarily on estate planning in the trust and estates arena as well as complex probate administration. Ms. Miller earned her B.S. degree from Florida International University. She is a Florida registered paralegal and is certified in law ethics and society.
AUDRA J. SIMOVITCH is the founder of the Law Office of Audra Simovitch, P.A., and is of counsel to Drug and Alcohol Attorneys. The practice focuses on the Guardianship Statute, Marchman Act Statute, estate planning for special needs, estate administration and related tax matters.
