This program meets the California MCLE Paralegal requirement as specified in Business and Professions Code Section 6450(d).
This program may qualify for up to 3.0 hours of self-study CLE credit by the Montana Commission of Continuing Legal Education, including 0.0 hour of ethics. No more than 4.0 hours of self-study CLE credit may be earned during a reporting period.
Approved by the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico for 3.0 general self-study credit and 0.0 ethics self-study credit (for a total of 3.0 hours CLE).
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
ALLISON E. COLE is a director at the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A., and is a certified information privacy professional/United States (CIPP/US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She is also a certified compliance and ethics professional, a designation of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Her practice ranges from U.S. and international corporate, commercial, and M&A advice and counsel through to corporate compliance program implementation and investigations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. Ms. Cole is a frequent writer and speaker on M&A, compliance, and privacy, and cybersecurity topics. Ms. Cole received her B.A. degrees from Miami University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland State University-Marshall College of Law.
