This program may qualify for up to 1.0 hours of self-study CLE credit by the Montana Commission of Continuing Legal Education, including 0.0 hour of ethics. No more than 4.0 hours of self-study CLE credit may be earned during a reporting period.
Approved by the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico for 1.0 general self-study credit and 0.0 ethics self-study credit (for a total of 1.0 hours CLE).
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. TERI D. FIELDS is a plaintiff’s lawyer with Obiorah Fields, LLC, d/b/a South Atlanta Injury Lawyers. Over her legal career, Ms. Fields has litigated hundreds of cases. She conducts written and oral discovery, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and admissions, as well as preparing witnesses for deposition, and filing motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. She has focused her practice on personal injury, employment law and premises liability. Ms. Fields is a certified Veterans Administration attorney and a trained mediator and arbitrator. She is the author of books entitled Georgia Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration and Resource Guide For Administering An Estate In Georgia. She earned her B.A. degree from Georgia State University, her M.B.A. degree from Samford University and her J.D. degree from Samford University School of Law.
