There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. REBECCA TERRY has been studying and working in the legal field for more than 15 years. She has a thirst for legal knowledge. Ms. Terry completed the Legal Assistant Training Program from the Legal Studies Department at the University of Illinois at Springfield. She also earned her B.A. degree in legal studies and political studies, as well as her master's degree in legal studies from the same institution. Ms. Terry began working for Stange Law Firm, P.C., in April of 2008 as a legal assistant working directly for partners Kirk C. Stange and Paola Arzu Stange. In 2012, she was promoted to full-time office administrator, and is currently the director of administration whereupon she assists the partners in the managing of the offices. Ms. Terry is a frequent speaker for NBI on various paralegal topics, including ethics.
REGINA WELLS is a senior associate at Stange Law Firm, P.C., in the Ellisville, Missouri, office. She focuses on family law and devotes 100% of her practice to litigation, including trial and appellate practice. Ms. Wells earned her J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis.
