This program meets the California MCLE Paralegal requirement as specified in Business and Professions Code Section 6450(d).
This program may qualify for up to 1.0 hours of self-study CLE credit by the Montana Commission of Continuing Legal Education, including 0.0 hour of ethics. No more than 4.0 hours of self-study CLE credit may be earned during a reporting period.
Approved by the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico for 1.0 general self-study credit and 0.0 ethics self-study credit (for a total of 1.0 hours CLE).
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
MARVIN S. HABER is a co-founder of the law offices of Haber DiPaul LLC. Mr. Haber has more than 30 years of civil, commercial and personal injury (litigation) experience. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State bar associations and serves as the firm's New Jersey resident partner. He serves as a certified federal and state arbitrator (Pennsylvania) and maintains memberships in several state bar and local trial lawyer associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Haber has recently been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Judicial Investigation Committee, organized to vet appellate judges and justices in order to maintain integrity of the Pennsylvania Appellate Court System. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his Master's degree in urban affairs at Boston University and his J.D. degree at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law.
