MICHAEL L. CARMIN is the managing attorney at CarminParker, PC, where he practices in the areas of business and real estate law, zoning, land use, and real estate title insurance. Mr. Carmin is active in local governmental affairs on behalf of various interest groups on land use and zoning policies of Monroe County and the City of Bloomington. He is a member of the Monroe County and Indiana State bar associations, the American Land Title Association, and the Indiana Land Title Association. Mr. Carmin earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.

ANITA I. LOTZ is a member of the Memphis law firm of Farris Bobango PLC, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures and financial institutions regulatory law. Ms. Lotz has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. She is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations; and the Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Lotz earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University.

TYLER MOFFATT is a partner with Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC, in Boone, North Carolina, where he focuses his practice on working with small and medium size businesses in many industries. Mr. Moffatt work with these businesses includes formation, organization and restructuring, real estate and business transactional, labor/employment, litigation and intellectual property. He devotes substantial time to providing pro-bono services to small businesses both through his firm as well as through multiple small business assistance programs such as small business accelerator and incubator programs. Mr. Moffatt is licensed to practice law in the state courts of North Carolina and Tennessee and before the U.S. District Federal Court, U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to practicing, he also teaches business law as an adjunct professor at Appalachian State University and Lees McRae College. Mr. Moffatt earned his B.A. degree from North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree from Elon University School of Law.
