ARKADY RAYZ is a member of Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC, a full-service general practice law firm in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rayz advises clients and handles transactional and litigation matters, regarding corporate governance, business financing, commercial disputes, and real estate transfers. He has broad experience in handling matters in federal and state courts, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New York; before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Rayz earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
