NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. LAURIE CHRZANOWSKI is a contract paralegal working remote. She works in all capacities of the claim from beginning investigations through the litigation process. She is experienced with litigation, motions, jury trials, hearings and the day to day handling of medical records and investigations in personal injury, workers compensation, family and criminal law. A certified paralegal, Ms. Chrzanowski is a graduate of Frederick Community College and Stevenson University. She is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and has taught a number of seminars and webinars for the Institute of Paralegal Education (IPE).
DENNIS VANDERGINST is CEO and attorney with VanDerGinst Law PC, in Moline, Illinois. He supervises all cases within the firm. His primary practice focus is on all areas of personal injury litigation, including but not limited to, general negligence cases, product liability, medical malpractice and mass/class actions. Mr. VanDerGinst is a former adjunct professor of torts and insurance law at Black Hawk College and he continues to speak at seminars, conferences and conventions around the country on various issues surrounding injury law. Mr. VanDerGinst has participated in numerous county, state and national bar associations. He has been very active on several committees for the Iowa Association for Justice and the Iowa State Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and has been Illinois State Delegate for the American Association of Justice. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Pound Civil Justice Institute. He has also served on the national advisory boards for the National Crime Victims Bar Association and the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. Mr. VanDerGinst has been active in the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.
