LARRY E. DANIEL has over twenty years of experience in digital forensics and has been with Envista Forensics for fifteen years. Mr. Daniel is currently the Technical Director for the Digital Forensics at Envista Forensics. He holds nine certifications and has qualified and testified as an expert in computer forensics, cell phone forensics, GPS forensics and cellular technology and call detail records analysis over seventy-five times in sixteen states and seventeen federal districts. Mr. Daniel is co-author of the book, "Digital Forensics for Legal Professionals" 2011, Syngress and is the sole author of the book, "Cell Phone Location Evidence for Legal Professionals" 2017, Academic Press. He provides training via presentations and continuing legal education dozens of times each year, to attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement.
ANGELA M. LAVIN is an attorney in the Cleveland law firm of Wegman, Hessler & Vanderburg, LPA. Ms. Lavin represents companies and individuals in matters involving business and commercial disputes, employment matters, trademark infringement, tort, and product liability disputes. She has successfully served as litigation and trial counsel in both state and federal courts. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in electronic discovery and information management. Ms. Lavin is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State bar associations. She earned her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
SPENCER K. ORIN is the director of eDiscovery services at Digital Intelligence, Inc. He provides guidance to clients and attorneys on electronic discovery technology, all phases of the EDRM, project planning, and budget management. In addition, he develops protocols and departmental standards to ensure eDiscovery is conducted in a consistent and defensible manner. Mr. Orin earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has received the following professional certificates and awards certified e-Discovery specialist (CEDS), ACEDS (June 2021-current), RelativityOne Review Pro, Relativity (November 2020-current), Insight certified user, catalyst (November 2017), and Relativity certified administrator (RCA), kCura (November 2015-current). Mr. Orin is a member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists Wisconsin Chapter (ACEDS Wisconsin).
