JULIE D. COPLEY was an in-house global sourcing contracts paralegal for International Paper for the last 8 years before recently moving to South Carolina. She helps source corporate, raw materials, energy, transportation and procurement ops. For more than 13 years, she was an in-house paralegal at The Service Master Company working with the franchise brands, which includes Merry Maids, ServiceMaster Clean, Furniture Medic and AmeriSpec. Ms. Copley began working for ServiceMaster in 2000. Her responsibilities included third party contracts, reviewing marketing materials, maintaining an E&O insurance program, litigation and claims management, franchisee issues, and tracking legislation. Ms. Copley passed the national paralegal certification exam in 2006. She passed the advanced certified paralegal exam for contract administration/contract management in 2014. She earned her paralegal certificate from the Institute of Paralegal Studies in 1996.
JEFFERY MANNARINI is an associate attorney with the firm of Forman, Clark, Pockell & Kalinski, P.A., in Londonderry, New Hampshire. He assists clients in business start-up and advice, estate planning, and firearm trusts. Mr. Mannarini received his J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire. While attending law school, Mr. Mannarini spent a year and a half as a legal intern with SIG Sauer, Inc., a leading firearms manufacturer based in Newington, New Hampshire. Prior to law school, he spent ten years in the film industry, working on films such as Ted, The Social Network, and American Hustle.
