JOHN T. BANJAK is a principal and serves as general counsel of True Title Company, LLC, in St. Louis. He has extensive experience in all facets of the title insurance profession from a legal, title professional and consulting standpoint. Before opening his current company, Mr. Banjak served as president and general counsel for three reputable St. Louis title agencies and as regional underwriting counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. He also served as senior vice president and general counsel for Pulaski Bank. Prior to entering the title insurance field, Mr. Banjak worked as a private attorney and as an assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri, and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Banjak lectures frequently on real estate and title-related matters for organizations such as National Business Institute, the Missouri Land Title Association and The Missouri Bar. He has previously taught real estate law as an associate instructor for the St. Louis Community College District. Mr. Banjak earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
BRAD L.F. HOESCHEN is the Wisconsin state manager and underwriting counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. In his capacity as assistant vice president, he assists Old Republic agents with underwriting decisions and works to strengthen Old Republic's agency network in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Old Republic, Mr. Hoeschen worked in a private practice for litigation defending title insurance companies and agents. He also worked in transactional practice, assisting individuals and corporations in acquiring real property. Mr. Hoeschen currently serves on the Milwaukee Administrative Review Appeals Board, hearing appeals of various violations of municipal ordinances. He was appointed to the position by the mayor of Milwaukee. He previously served on the City of Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission. Mr. Hoeschen also chaired the Woodlands School Board of Directors, Select Milwaukee Board of Directors and Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Council. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and Loyola University-New Orleans. He has served as adjunct faculty at Marquette University Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Hoeschen was a print and broadcast journalist in Milwaukee and New Orleans.
RYAN R. SEIB is an attorney at Assurity Legal LLC. Mr. Seib earned a doctorate of law degree and is in his third year at the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has assisted many businesses with handling legal matters in Wisconsin. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Seib graduated from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 2014. Thereafter, he started a law firm in Madison and practiced both business and aviation law. His clients include many Wisconsin businesses. He presents aviation law courses and writes about aviation law nationally.
