ROBERT S. AARON is a partner with the law firm of Aaron & Wilson, LLP. He practices in the areas of employment law (e.g., wrongful termination, employment contracts, personnel policies, wage and hour, discrimination and harassment), the American with Disabilities Act and civil litigation. He has been named a Super Lawyer in the area of employment for the past five years. Mr. Aaron is a past speaker to professional groups, having given presentations on his areas of practice. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of California at Berkeley and his J.D. degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California. ANIKA HOSSEINI is a paralegal at Van Voorhis & Sosna LLP, where she focuses her practice on family law. Ms. Hosseini is a member of the Executive Committee for the Paralegal Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. She is a graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law, earning her J.D. degree. AMY McGUIGAN is a paralegal at Swanson & McNamara LLP. Ms. McGuigan earned her paralegal certificate from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to joining Swanson & McNamara LLP, in 2015, she worked for the Federal Public Defender in the Northern District of California for 15 years where she assisted in several trials including four complex death penalty cases, one of which resulted in an acquittal. Ms. McGuigan serves as the CLE coordinator for the executive board of the San Francisco Bar Association, Paralegal Section, and is also on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Paralegal Association.
