SUSAN ADAMS is the help desk and training coordinator at Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. She has worked in the legal industry for more than 35 years, with more than 15 years in technical training and trial support. Ms. Adams received her B.S. degree in business administration, with an emphasis on information technology from the University of Phoenix.
CHRYSA WILLIAMS is a litigation paralegal with Mayer LLP, in Houston. Ms. Williams has a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. She is skilled in management, social media, litigation support, legal document preparation, and public speaking. Ms. Williams earned her Associates Degree in paralegal studies from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies and her bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
