MARJORIE BELLIOTTI, CPA, CGMA, is a tax manager at Maillie LLP. She has experience in both public and private accounting, tax and business process improvement. Ms. Belliotti serves a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, personal service and construction industries. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting (AICPA), as well as the National Association of Professional Women. Ms. Belliotti is a published author who has developed and taught a variety of tax courses. She earned her B.S. degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.
BILL DITTY, CPA/PFS/CFF, CVA, MAFF, CDFA, MSA, is president and owner of Ditty Financial Forensics, LLC. He has testified in court in the areas of divorce litigation, business valuations, separate property/hidden asset tracing, and associated forensic accounting analysis. Mr. Ditty has been qualified as an expert witness for cases in several Ohio counties. He is the president for the Southern Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). In his capacity as chapter president, Mr. Ditty provides and conducts continuing education seminars for valuation analysts and forensic accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). Mr. Ditty earned his B.B.A. degree from Ohio State University and his M.S.A. degree from Central Michigan University.
MARY MALAZITA is a CPA and tax manager at Maillie LLP, an accounting firm with offices in Limerick, Pennsylvania; West Chester, Pennsylvania; and Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Malazita's responsibilities include the preparation and review of individual returns, business returns for partnerships, S corporations and C corporations. She has experience with consolidated business returns, as well as preparing multi-state returns for both individuals and businesses. In addition, Ms. Malazita assists clients with representation matters, including audits, tax assessments and penalty abatement, with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Revenue with various cities and states. She earned her B.S. degree and B.A. degree from Villanova University.
ROXANNE P. OSTLUND, CPA, MBA, CGMA, ABD, is manager of the Buffalo, Wyoming, office for Mohatt, Johnson & Godwin LLP. She has more than 28 years of experience with pro-active tax planning and coaching for businesses. Ms. Ostlund has taught as adjunct college accounting faculty; delivered continuing education to other CPAs throughout the United States and has written a number of business and tax related courses. She currently reviews and edits professional education tax manuals for providers of tax and accounting education throughout the United States. Additionally, she is a pilot tester of continuing education programs for CPAs in tax and accounting. Ms. Ostlund is the founder of Accounting For One Another, a community service non-profit supported by the firm. She received her B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Wyoming with additional tax studies at University of California-Berkeley and doctoral studies at Northcentral University. Ms. Ostlund is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wyoming Society of Certified Public Accountants.
