Mr. Danile earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from New York University and his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law.
CARL A. GLAD is a partner in The Law Offices of Kurt M. Ahlberg LLC, where he concentrates his practice on legal matters involving probate administration, estate planning, real estate and litigation. DAVID V.C. LINCICOME PH.D. is an attorney with David Lincicome Law Office where he practices in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates, and corporate strategy and management. Mr. Lincicome is certified to “train facilitators” in racial justice for the United Church of Christ, and has developed university and continuing education curricula on business law and on environmental, racial, and gender law. He currently teaches business law and ethics at Central Connecticut State University.
