He is a Board certified family law specialist by the North Carolina State Bar and a certified family financial mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Mr. Allen is a graduate of the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps Officer Basic and Advance Courses, and served on active duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Allen earned his B.S. degree from East Carolina University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
JOAN MANN THOMAS is a principal at the Law Offices of Joan Mann Thomas, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, separation agreements, child custody, visitation rights, child support, spousal support, premarital agreements, and distribution agreements.
