SHANNON ARMSTRONG is a paralegal with Goranson Bain Ausley Family Law in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Armstrong is a board certified paralegal in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a frequent author and speaker. Ms. Armstrong received her B.S. degree in business administration, with honors, from the University of Phoenix and her M.A. degree in education - curriculum and instruction, and mathematics - from the University of Phoenix.
SUSAN DUESLER has been practicing exclusively family law and has had her own private practice firm in Dallas since 2008. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section and is a panel member of the District 6 Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Duesler has been honored multiple times as a Top Attorney Under 40 by D Magazine, has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the Texas Monthly magazine each year since 2014, and is a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation. She earned her B.A. degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. degree from Baylor University.
ALLISON MARTIN is a legal assistant who has been with Wright Firm LLP, since January, 2007. Before joining Wright Firm LLP, she was a legal assistant for Minor & Jester in Denton, Texas for two years. Prior to that, Ms. Martin was a legal assistant for The Law Office of Ryndae Halter for two and one-half years.
LAWRENCE J. PRAEGER is the principal of the Dallas law firm of Lawrence J. Praeger, P.C. He is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1981, Mr. Praeger has focused his practice on family law including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, marital property distribution and family law mediation. He completed the mediation training at the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin, Texas. He is a member of the Dallas and American bar associations, the State Bar of Texas (member, sections on: Criminal Law; Family Law; Juvenile Law), and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Praeger has previously lectured on ethics issues for the Institute for Paralegal Education. He earned his B.A. degree at Simon's Rock and his J.D. degree at South Texas College of Law.
PATRICK A. WRIGHT founded Wright Firm LLP, with his twin brother, Paul Wright. He is a licensed attorney and is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has also been trained in collaborative law, and is a certified family law mediator. Mr. Wright is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern districts of Texas, and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has been named a Super Lawyer since 2008. Mr. Wright attended South Texas College of Law, where he received his J.D. degree. Prior to this, he attended the University of North Texas and obtained a degree in political science.
