GREGORY D. GOLDEN is a partner with the law office of Kupferman & Golden, where he practices in the areas of divorce; modification of custody, visitation, child support and alimony; contempt actions; legitimation and paternity cases; and appeals. Mr. Golden earned his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Georgia in 1997. Mr. Golden is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including the Family Law Section; and the Atlanta Bar Association, including the Family Law Section. Mr. Golden has practiced domestic and family law since graduating law school and becoming a member of the State Bar of Georgia. In 1997, he was hired by the Law Office of Lawrence D. Kupferman as an associate and became a full partner in 2001. Mr. Golden has also been admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia, in which he conducts his appellate practice, working to correct unjust results.
DONNA-MARIE HAYLE is a member of Ney Hoffecker Peacock & Hayle. Ms. Hayle’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients in family and domestic law matters, contested divorce, legitimation and child custody, modification and contempt of domestic relations orders, and same-sex family legal issues. She handles contract litigation, contractor/subcontractor disputes, garnishment/collection of judgments, and legal malpractice claims. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Family Law Section), The Florida Bar (Family Law Section, Out-of-State Division, Young Lawyers Division), Stonewall Bar Association, and Atlanta Bar Association. She received the Super Lawyers Rising Star designation for 2016 and 2017. Ms. Hayle received her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University and earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
LATAWSHA LITTLE-HILL is the owner of Little-Hill Law where she practices in the area of family law. She earned he B.A. degree from Georgia Southern University and her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University. Ms. Little-Hill is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Gwinnett County Bar Association.
RACHEL PLATT is an attorney and founding member at The Platt Law Firm in Georgia, where she specializes in divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, contempt, adoptions, paternity and legitimation, and special education law. Ms. Platt is a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (past president of the GAWL Foundation), the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association (former chair of Sole Practitioner/Small Firm Section). She is trained as a guardian ad litem, as a mediator, and in collaborative divorce. Ms. Platt earned her B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. She was chosen as a Georgia Rising Star, 2010-2013, and a Super Lawyer from 2014-2019. In 2018 and 2019, she was chosen as a Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyer and a Top 50 Women Georgia Super Lawyer.
