NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.
GEORGE S. PEEK is a shareholder with Crivello Carlson, S.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of secured lending and transactions, creditor/debtor litigation, business and commercial litigation, and products liability litigation. In the course of his practice, Mr. Peek also provides transactional services in the areas of business entity creation and dissolution, real estate, trusts and estates. He is a member of the American and Milwaukee bar associations. Mr. Peek's bar admissions include the state of Wisconsin, the state of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
CAROLINE L. ROSE is a paralegal with The Branch Law Firm, PLLC, in Rockwall, Texas. Ms. Rose produces and handles a high quantity of family law cases from start to finish. She handles office administrative work such as scheduling potential new clients and setting up new client files. She drafts discovery requests; discovery responses and pleadings; contracts/retainers; correspondence with courts, opposing counsel, and clients; scheduling hearings; depositions; and mediations; and assists with trial preparation. Ms. Rose earned her A.A. degree from El Centro College.
