LON T. McCLINTOCK is a sole practitioner in Bennington, Vermont, where his primary areas of practice include Social Security disability benefits, real estate, small businesses, general civil litigation, school law, and wills, estates and probate. He is admitted to practice law in Vermont and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont. Mr. McClintock earned his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from Vermont Law School. He is currently serving on the Shaftsbury Development Review Board, which hears zoning and land use matters for the town of Shaftsbury.
