CHRISTOPHER S. KRIMMER is a partner with DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. His concentration is with clients in divorce who are business owners, own complex financial assets or are facing challenging child custody disputes. Mr. Krimmer's family law practice includes traditional litigation, cooperative divorce and collaborative law. He has received numerous honors in recent years including selection as a Leader in the Law by the Wisconsin Law Journal, a Best Lawyer in family law, a Rising Star in family law and a Top 10 Attorney in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law. Last year Mr. Krimmer was admitted as a fellow in the esteemed American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. A talented lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, adjunct professor of law at Marquette University Law School, an author of a law book and numerous legal articles, a co-parent coordinator, and an engaging speaker who has given over 60 presentations, he has knowledge in every aspect of family law. Mr. Krimmer effectively and successfully represents clients in matters including divorce, paternity, child support, child custody, adoptions, guardianships, estate planning and marital property agreements. A strong advocate for serving the community, he has been recognized for his pro bono work with numerous awards and honors. In addition, Mr. Krimmer is known throughout the state of Wisconsin as a leading voice on same-sex marriage, same-sex divorce, and LGBT rights. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
ANDREW M. TATGE is a partner at Gislason & Hunter LLP, and chair of the firm’s family law and divorce practice group. Mr. Tatge represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of family law matters, and also assists business owners resolve disputes involving their businesses and fellow business owners. He enjoys solving complex and difficult issues, as well as helping guide people through their emotional and difficult hardships. Mr. Tatge has represented numerous farmers, business owners, and professionals (or their spouses), in complex and high net worth divorce matters throughout Minnesota. Many of his cases involve division of marital estates ranging from $500,000 to over $20 million. Mr. Tatge represents clients in solving legal disputes - and if necessary - litigation in various areas, such as real estate, business contracts, shareholder and partner disputes, unfair competition, non-compete agreement enforcement actions, defamation, trade secret protection, fraud, misrepresentation, and other business torts. He provides a full range of services for his family law clients, including divorce, paternity, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, property division (including farms, businesses, professionals, and high net worth cases), post-divorce or paternity matters, including modification of court orders, appeals, antenuptial agreements, and post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Tatge is a member of the Minnesota State and American bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from Creighton University and earned his J.D. degree from University of St. Thomas School of Law.
REBECCA TERRY has been studying and working in the legal field for more than 15 years. She has a thirst for legal knowledge. Ms. Terry completed the Legal Assistant Training Program from the Legal Studies Department at University of Illinois at Springfield. She also earned her B.A. degree in legal studies and political studies, as well as her master's degree in legal studies from the same institution. Ms. Terry began working for Stange Law Firm, P.C. in April of 2008 as a legal assistant working directly for partners Kirk C. Stange and Paola Arzu Stange. In 2012, she was promoted to full time office administrator, and is currently the director of administration whereupon she assists the partners in the managing of the offices.
