SARAH J. DECKER-HALL is a sole practitioner in the Dayton, Ohio area. Ms. Decker-Hall has been an attorney for 20 years and focuses her practice on family law. She is the president of the Stanley Z. Greenberg Family Law Forum. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Capital University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit School of Law.
KRISTIN JACOBS is a partner with Schmid Jacobs Law. She focuses her practice in the areas of family and juvenile law, wills, and estates. Ms. Jacobs earned her B.S. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University.
REBECCA PERKINS is the sole practitioner at the Law Office of Rebecca Perkins. Ms. Perkins exclusively practices family law. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a paralegal to several family law attorneys. Ms. Perkins worked full time as a paralegal while attending law school at night. GAYANNE K. SCHMID is the senior partner of Schmid Jacobs Law, located in Holladay, Utah. She has focused her practice in the areas of divorce and custody, premarital agreements, and all other aspects of family law for more than 30 years. Ms. Schmid has spoken on divorce-related topics for many CLE programs. She is also experienced in probate law, including wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. Ms. Schmid earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. She is admitted to both the Utah and California state bars, as well as the U.S. District Court in both states and the 9th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeal.
BRENDA L. WAHLER is a solo practitioner and mediator in Helena specializing in family law and related issues. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Wahler was legal counsel for the Child and Family Services Division of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services and for the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. She has presented CLEs on family law and legal issues regarding abused and neglected youth. She earned her law degree from the University of Montana, following a career as a high school teacher, which included experience teaching youth within the juvenile corrections system. She is a past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association and chair of the Law-Related Education Committee of the State Bar of Montana.
