SHARON E. CODY is a partner with the firm Todt, Ryan, Cody & Fuchs, LLC. She focuses her practice in family law, including divorce, modification of prior family law judgments, contempt and enforcement actions. Ms. Cody is a family law mediator and guardian ad litem in St. Charles and Lincoln counties. She served as moderator of the 2008 Annual Law Update and has been a presenter at a number of seminars for The Missouri Bar, National Business Institute and Institute for Paralegal Education. Ms. Cody is a member of The Missouri Bar and the St. Charles County Bar Association (past president). She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and her J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
ROBERT N. HAMILTON is an attorney with the St. Louis law firm of Reinker, Hamilton & Piper LLC, where he practices primarily in the area of family law. Mr. Hamilton is a certified divorce mediator and is regularly appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes to represent and protect children. His practice includes legal separation, dissolution of marriage, maintenance, paternity, child support, child custody, modifications, estate, and probate matters. Mr. Hamilton is a member of The Missouri Bar, and the Metropolitan St. Louis (Family Law Section) and the St. Louis County bar associations. He has served on the Supervised Visitation and Exchange Planning Committee for the St. Louis County Court. Mr. Hamilton earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Louis University.
