HEATHER HAMILTON is an associate attorney at Howard Family Law, LLC, where her firm solely practices family law. Her practice includes divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, parenting time, paternity, and child support. Prior to joining Howard Family Law, LLC, Ms. Hamilton worked as a law clerk at Reinker, Hamilton, & Piper, LLC, in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, Family Law League, New Lawyers Section, Family Law Section, and First District Bar Association. Ms. Hamilton earned her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was taught ethics by Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, and she earned her B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
