WILLIAM D. ASHWELL is an attorney with Ashwell & Ashwell, PLLC. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, land use and zoning, appellate advocacy, business and commercial law, and trust and estate planning. Mr. Ashwell is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Fauquier Bar Association, and serves on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Disciplinary Committee. Mr. Ashwell earned his B.A. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
JEROME E. BRANT is the managing shareholder/director of the law firm of Withers, Brant, Igoe & Mullennix, P.C. With over 40 years of litigation experience, Mr. Brant has tried hundreds of both judge and jury trials. He also assists corporations and individuals in all aspects of real estate matters, including litigation, development, and transactional work. He is a former Clay County counselor and assistant prosecuting attorney, and once served as city prosecutor for the city of Liberty. Mr. Brant earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Clay County Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Council of School Attorneys.
RICHARD J. FOX is an attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Fox PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, construction law, and property related litigation. As legal counsel, he represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title searches and closings, as well as property dispute resolution through mediation and litigation. As a title insurance agent, Mr. Fox reviews title opinions and issues title insurance policies. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Fox is a member of the Vermont, Massachusetts, and Chittenden County bar associations, and is an agent for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.
