AARON P. FREDERICKSON is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, Mr. Frederickson has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. He also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. Mr. Frederickson earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).
CHRISTINE HUMMEL is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability, and no fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association, and includes with her legal experience work in Medicaid, probate, and elder law. Ms. Hummel donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
