JEANINE BEYER is a litigation paralegal with Law One in Denver. Ms. Beyer specializes in litigation, trial and appeals. She works in many different aspects of law and has gained a substantial amount of knowledge and experience through her peers. Ms. Beyer has had the opportunity to work with many different talented and experienced attorneys as well as senior paralegals. She has excellent communication skills, strives for accuracy and consistency, and is very committed in helping each client get the resolution they are seeking. Ms. Beyer works on every case as if it was her own. She spends a lot of hours with each client and takes the time to listen to their wants and needs. She received her Associates degree, cum laude, in paralegal studies from Everest College.
AMY H. JOHNSON has worked in the legal field for almost 20 years and is employed as a senior paralegal and litigation manager at the law firm of Yarborough Applegate LLC, in Charleston, South Carolina, where she focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation. She has been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants since 2003, and has served on its Continuing Education Council and Ethics Committee. Ms. Johnson is an active member of Charleston Association of Legal Assistants, where she has served as president, NALA liaison, education chair, and parliamentarian. She has mentored many paralegals of all levels, and she currently serves on the Trident Technical College Advisory Board for its Paralegal Studies Program. Ms. Johnson is a frequent presenter at continuing education events nationwide. She earned her B.A. degree with honors from Wake Forest University and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership with honors from Colorado State University.
JENNA M. PROSCENO is a paralegal and personal injury practice coordinator with The Law Offices of Leroy Tice where her main responsibilities include legal operations and administration in addition to case management. Ms. Prosceno also conducts medical research, legal and factual research, as well as client interviews. She coordinates and manages document production, gathers and reviews medical records, maintains general client contracts, and handles all aspects of the case from initial client contract to trial preparation and participation. Ms. Prosceno graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College and the University of Delaware.
