BILLIE JO JENTSCH is a paralegal with Kaehne, Cottle, Pasquale & Associates, S.C., in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Ms. Jentsch has more than 27 years of divorce and family law paralegal experience. Ms. Jentsch is knowledgeable about all divorce and family law matters, including paternity, child custody and physical placement of a minor child, child support, maintenance, divorce, legal separation, and post-judgment modifications. She works together with other members of the firm’s legal team to achieve our clients’ goals. Ms. Jentsch graduated from Moraine Park Technical College with a legal secretary associates degree and received the registered paralegal designation from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
LAWRENCE J. PRAEGER is the principal of the Dallas law firm of Lawrence J. Praeger, P.C. He is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1981, Mr. Praeger has focused his practice on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, marital property distribution and family law mediation. He completed the mediation training at the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin, Texas. He is a member of the Dallas and American bar associations, the State Bar of Texas (member, sections on: Criminal Law; Family Law; Juvenile Law), and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Praeger has previously lectured on ethics issues for the Institute for Paralegal Education. He earned his B.A. degree at Simon's Rock and his J.D. degree at South Texas College of Law.
TIFANNE E.E. WOLTER is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and, upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
