HOLLY LETCHER is a managing paralegal with The Law Offices of John Phebus in Glendale, Arizona. Ms. Letcher is the firm’s office manager, staff supervisor, and office trainer (mentor) in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, client management, and insurance adjuster contact. She is responsible for letters of representation, motions, pleadings, disclosure, demands, obtaining medical records, bills, discovery, investigation, tracking compliance deadlines in criminal cases, notices, conducting intake and client meetings, and cold calls screening and referrals. Ms. Letcher is a member of the American Association of Notaries. She graduated from Rio Salado College with a degree in paralegal studies.
