SHIRLEY ROBERSON is the senior associate at Hughes Media Law Group PLLC, in Seattle. Ms. Roberson focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, software licensing and distribution management, and business asset management. She was a founding partner of Arrow Law Group, a Seattle-based firm focused on consumer and commercial bankruptcies. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Ms. Roberson received her B.S. degree from University of California, Davis, her M.B.A. degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, and her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
