Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Ohio Association for Justice. Mr. Gerney is licensed to practice in Ohio and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University.
