CARL J. BECKER is a founding partner in the law firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC, where he practices in all of the various areas of domestic relations/family law, including mediation, dissolution, paternity, custody, support, property settlement, protective orders, and guardianships. Mr. Becker also practices in the areas of general commercial advice and business litigation. He received his B.S. degree, with high honors, in accountancy and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois. He is a registered domestic relations mediator, has been trained as an arbitrator, and has been selected as a distinguished fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Mr. Becker is a member of the Indianapolis, Hamilton County, and Indiana State bar associations.
TERRENCE J. BENSHOOF holds a law degree (J.D.) and a Master of Law in taxation (LL.M.) from De Paul University. He has more than 48 years of experience in a variety of family, taxation, and business law areas. Mr. Benshoof is of counsel to the firm of Calabrese Associates, P.C., in Warrenville, Illinois. As a practitioner, he has focused in the family law area on matters concerning divorce actions involving military spouses, military pay and benefit issues, retired pay division, and application of the Service Members Civil Relief Act. He also practices in the area of general taxation, business tax planning, trusts and estates, real estate, and commercial litigation. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, he serves as national judge advocate (general counsel) for the 45,000 member Reserve Officers Association of the United States, and has served on its Board of Directors for five years. He is currently the referendary general (Chief Judge of the Tribunal) of the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton, Illinois.
ELIZABETH L. JUELICH is a partner at Krueger & Juelich, PLLC, in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where she focuses her practice on family law and estate planning. Ms. Juelich is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, and is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State bar associations and their respective Family Law and Probate and Trust sections. She has presented at the Minnesota Family Law Institute and has been published in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Forum. Ms. Juelich was selected to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list in 2019 and 2020, an honor awarded to no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state, as nominated by peers and vetted by the research team at Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business. Ms. Juelich graduated, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law; and graduated, cum laude, from Hamline University where she received her B.A. degree in management and political science.
KIMBERLY McCABE is an attorney with Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC, where she practices in family law related matters, such as divorce and legal separation, custody, parenting time, child support, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree modifications and enforcement, guardianships, relocations, protective orders, and military divorces. Ms. McCabe understands the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with her clients. She earned her B.A. degree from Denison University and her J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
TIFANNE E.E. WOLTER is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and, upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota; and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
