KEVIN J. DUNLEVY is a partner in the Minneapolis law firm of Beisel & Dunlevy, P.A., where he practices in real estate and creditors' remedies. He is a real property law specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Dunlevy is experienced in real estate litigation, transactions, foreclosures, evictions, and other creditors' remedies. He is a frequent presenter at seminars for attorneys, title companies, realtors and lenders; and he has written numerous articles and publications for professional and trade groups. Mr. Dunlevy is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American bar associations; as well as the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He co-chairs the Legislative Committee of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is the past chair of the Title Insurance Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association's Torts and Insurance Practice Section. Mr. Dunlevy recently taught real estate law to lawyers and law students in Ukraine, including real estate and mortgage fraud. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota.
KEITH A. GANTENBEIN JR. is a consumer rights advocate, a leading foreclosure defense, and real estate attorney practicing law in Colorado. The owner of Gantenbein Law Firm in Denver, he has been practicing throughout the state for the past ten years in public trustee and judicial foreclosures, 120 hearings, lender liability, complex civil and bank litigation, HOA, and credit disputes and actions. Mr. Gantenbein worked extensively with Representative Beth McCann along with Senator Ulibarri to see two bills he helped draft become law. Governor Hickenlooper signed both these important bills that help protect homeowners into law last year. Mr. Gantenbein is a published author on "Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act" (PTFA) and has published more than 150 informative legal articles on his blog. Additionally, Mr. Gantenbein has worked extensively for a Colorado Supreme Court Rule Making subcommittee in drafting and updating C.R.C.P. 120. He earned his B.A. degree from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree from Barry University School of Law. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado.
MARK HAZELBAKER is an attorney with Kasieta Legal Group, LLC. He continues to emphasize representation of local governments, small businesses, and litigation. Mr. Hazelbaker began his career as legal counsel of the Wisconsin Counties Association. He served as personnel director/corporation counsel, and later as administrative coordinator for Manitowoc County. Mr. Hazelbaker has been in private practice since 1992, first with downtown Madison law firms, and then in his own firm since 1999. He has lectured many times on labor and employment law, land use law, and municipal law for various business and professional groups. Mr. Hazelbaker has also published law reviews and other articles. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Litigation and Labor and Employment and Government Lawyers Division sections). Mr. Hazelbaker earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
