NOEL D. HUMPHREYS is of counsel with Connell Foley LLP, where he limits his practice to business transactions, lending transactions, organizational governance and intellectual property. Mr. Humphreys is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New York (Eastern and Southern). He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his M.S.J. degree from Columbia University and his J.D. degree from Harvard University.
MARK D. KIMBALL is the founding shareholder of MDK Law, a firm emphasizing corporate, commercial, and property law and consulting in matters involving federal and international taxation. Mr. Kimball is admitted to practice in Washington, New York and Texas. He is an adjunct professor of law at Eotvos Lorand and Masaryk universities in Europe and has served as a law school guest lecturer at Seattle University School of Law. He is also engaged as an expert witness in Superior Court cases involving limited liability companies, and governance and other member issues. Mr. Kimball earned his J.D. degree and LL.M. (taxation) degree from the University of Washington School of Law and also holds an LL.M. degree, in transnational commercial practice, from Europe.
ARKADY RAYZ is a member of Kalikhman & Rayz, LLC, a full-service general practice law firm in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rayz advises clients and handles transactional and litigation matters, regarding corporate governance, business financing, commercial disputes, and real estate transfers. He has broad experience in handling matters in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Rayz earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
KATHERINE L. TAYLOR is the owner of Taylor Legal. She concentrates its practice in real estate, land use and zoning, small business and corporate law, alcoholic beverage licensing, contract drafting and review, state and local government law, and property succession planning for businesses and individuals. Ms. Taylor is a member of the Women’s Bar Association for Maryland (former board member), the Howard County Women’s Bar Association (past president), the American Association of Attorney - Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland State and Howard County bar associations. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned her J.D. degree from the University of Maryland.
