GARY BOYLE of Boyle Law Office, has practiced law continuously since 1981. In addition to serving as an associate and a partner in a business litigation firm in Oklahoma, he has served as in-house counsel with The Williams Companies, Inc. in Tulsa; Texas-New Mexico Power Company and First Choice Power in Fort Worth; and PNM Resources, Inc. in Albuquerque. Mr. Boyle was responsible for each of the company's litigation functions. He currently serves as the virtual general counsel for Environmental Enginuity Group, LLC (Michigan); adl High Voltage, Inc. (Texas); EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia), and Flask, Inc. (New Mexico); and maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico focusing on family law. Mr. Boyle is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma; and in various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa.
LAJON FREDERICK is a senior paralegal with Triangle Divorce Lawyers. Ms. Frederick has been working in the legal environment for over 20 years and as a North Carolina certified paralegal beginning in 2007. She is very passionate about her work as a family law paralegal and takes great pride in being able to assist clients through the difficult transition in their lives.
MARY GURGANUS is founding/managing partner at Triangle Divorce Lawyers, where she focuses her practice on family law and litigation. She earned her B.S. degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland; and her J.D. degree, with honors, from North Carolina Central School of Law. During law school, Ms. Gurganus was the president and a founding member of the law school's Innocence Project, which investigates claims of innocence by inmates whose innocence may be proven using new technologies, such as DNA. She also was a member of the North Carolina Central Law Journal, and a parliamentarian and national delegate for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Gurganus is a member of the American Bar Association and North Carolina Bar Association.
