TRACY L. BISHOP is an attorney in the Minneapolis, Minnesota law firm of Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC. She has been handling Social Security disability cases for more than 15 years, the last five as an attorney. Ms. Bishop earned her B.A. degree from Hamline University and her J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law. She has represented clients in their Social Security disability claims in more than 20 different states.
ANDREW W. KINNEY is an attorney from the national law firm of Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since 1992, Mr. Kinney has practiced Social Security disability benefits law. He argues more than 300 Social Security hearings per year, and has spoken widely on Social Security disability law topics across the country. Mr. Kinney's recent subjects have included "Essentials of Social Security Practice" and "Rethinking Cross-Examination of Expert Witnesses." Mr. Kinney is also an editor of the five-volume Social Security Practice Guide, published by LexisNexis. He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from Marquette University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, and New York. He chairs the Minnesota State Bar Association's Social Security Disability Law Section. Mr. Kinney is a former trustee and a current sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
