Isaiah D. Cooper is a business attorney and the founder and principal of Cooper Law LLC, in New Haven, Connecticut. Cooper Law LLC’s clients include businesses and entrepreneurs looking to buy or sell a business or business assets, develop new technologies, provide consulting and other services, and produce films and/or other content. Mr. Cooper has helped clients with the acquisition and the sale of companies or assets, raising funds either through the private placement of stock or other equities or borrowing transactions, and with drafting and negotiating agreements with or among business owners, suppliers, distributors, consultants and employees. He has represented clients that produce and distribute software, medical technologies, educational technologies, films (including feature films and documentaries), TV programming, music, professional services (attorneys, architects, doctors, psychologists, etc.), as well as banks (and other lenders), venture capital funds, and angel investors. Mr. Cooper began his law career as a tax associate at a New York firm (which no longer exists). After moving to Connecticut, he worked in New Haven at Withers Bergman LLP, in Hartford at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter and in Wilton at Gregory and Adams, P.C., before founding Cooper Law LLC. He earned his B.F.A. degree, summa cum laude, from SUNY at Buffalo; his Master of Music degree from Youngstown State University; and his J.D. degree from New York University. Mr. Cooper is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut.

R. Lee Robertson Jr. is the managing partner of Robertson & Associates, a boutique commercial, construction, and real estate litigation law firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He manages the firm's robust litigation practice, successfully and aggressively representing businesses and individuals throughout the Charlotte-metropolitan area and across North Carolina. Mr. Robertson has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, and since 2012, has recovered more than $75,000,000 for his clients. He primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction disputes over workmanship and payment. Mr. Robertson also represents and defends hundreds of businesses and nonprofit organizations in all manner of transactions and disputes related to formation and governance, employment, policy development, contracts, and real estate, as well as licensed professionals, including real estate agents, plumbers, electricians, physicians, attorneys, and other licensed professionals before their respective licensing boards. His firm handles a variety of non-litigation matters for its clients, including commercial real estate transactions, entity formation, estate planning, and estate administration. Mr. Robertson earned his B.A. degree at North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree at the Charlotte School of Law. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2012, and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina courts and the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern districts of North Carolina, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Professionally, Mr. Robertson is very engaged with the Mecklenburg County Bar, Mecklenburg Bar Foundation and North Carolina Bar Association.

M. Scott Yeager is the corporate attorney with Royal Cup Coffee & Tea headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. He was the founding member and managing partner of The Yeager Law Firm, P.C. for the previous seven years. Mr. Yeager has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field both as a paralegal and attorney. He has more than eight years with in-house legal departments of large publicly traded corporations, and more than six years of government contracting experience with a major military defense contractor. Mr. Yeager has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and managing various complexities of contracts. His private practice included general legal services, estate planning, litigation, business consulting, and business formation. Mr. Yeager earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama, with a major in marketing, his Associate of Science degree in paralegal studies from Samford University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Birmingham School of Law. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, and Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Yeager is a former president of The Fairhope Sunset Rotary, where he served on the Board of Directors for four years. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club in Fairhope, Alabama.
