DESIREE GOFF is an attorney with Equitus Law Alliance PLLC, in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Goff specializes her practice in patent prosecution and litigation, business and corporate law, trademarks and copyrights, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial litigation, international practice and employment law. She is admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and numerous federal courts. Ms. Goff received her J.D. degree from University of Nebraska College of Law.
PAULA TANKSLEY-BRADLEY, Pa.C.P., is a senior corporate paralegal with McCausland Keen & Buckman, located in Devon, Pennsylvania. MKB is a boutique law firm providing large-firm capabilities with small-firm service to all its clients. MKB serves publicly and privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, universities, and a variety of other clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Ms. Tanksley-Bradley specializes in corporate matters, and has been with the firm since 1989. She holds a B.A. degree from Eastern University, is an active member of the Delaware County Paralegal Association, and is a Pennsylvania certified paralegal.
