MARK HAZELBAKER is an attorney with Kasieta Legal Group, LLC. He continues to emphasize representation of local governments, small businesses, and litigation. Mr. Hazelbaker began his career as legal counsel of the Wisconsin Counties Association. He served as personnel director/corporation counsel, and later as administrative coordinator for Manitowoc County. Mr. Hazelbaker has been in private practice since 1992, first with downtown Madison law firms, and then in his own firm since 1999. He has lectured many times on labor and employment law, land use law, and municipal law for various business and professional groups. Mr. Hazelbaker has also published law reviews and other articles. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Litigation and Labor and Employment and Government Lawyers Division sections). Mr. Hazelbaker earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
JOHN PAUL PARKS is a sole practitioner in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business law. He previously has lectured on estate matters for professional groups, including the Southern California Tax and Estate Planning Forum, National Business Institute, and the Institute for Paralegal Education. Mr. Parks is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Scottsdale Estate Planners, and is a former agent with the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. He was the principal draftsman of the Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation Act that became effective in 1991, and is a past member of the State Bar of Arizona's Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct (the Ethics Committee). Mr. Parks is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Florida, and the District of Columbia. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Stetson University and his LL.M. degree from the University of Miami.
KAY REDBURN is a senior paralegal with the Webb Family Law Firm, P.C. Ms. Redburn was board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2003 and was paralegal of the year in 2006. She was awarded the Dallas Area Paralegal Association President’s Award by the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. Ms. Redburn's most recent office positions held and committee affiliations were the ethics and professional responsibility coordinator, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and the founding member of the Paralegal Advisory Commission, Family Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Redburn is a member of the Paralegal Division in the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Family Law Foundation, the College of the State Bar of Texas in the legal assistants division as a charter member, and the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. She has been the author and speaker in a number of presentations and articles in her area of practice such as, "Ethical Billing Practices - A Paralegal Perspective" Texas Forum XXXI; and "Screening Clients, Collecting a Fee, etc.," with Natalie Webb, TCFLBA Family Law in Review 2012, October 2012.
